We

students and employees at the WUR, inhabitants of Wageningen and involved citizens

establish that:

that:

• more roads are no solution for mobility issues and traffic jams

• the pressure on climate, biodiversity and environment are increased with the project of BBW

• the car is prioritized in the project of BBW and other infrastructure in and around the Campus

• the WUR is an important stakeholder in the plans of the BBW

• the plans do not align with the principles of the WUR

• there are sustainable, save and just alternatives

and request

that the WUR:

• actively speaks up against the current and future plans for more asphalt for cars on and around the Campus

• actively puts effort in sustainable forms of mobility, where a green, social and healthy environment are having a central place at and around the Campus

• creates an open, honest and inclusive dialogue about the future planning of the Campus

• joins the principles of the "rechtvaardige straat" and acts upon it
